To use Exohost, either website or services, you must agree to the following terms and conditions.  If you disagree, you may not use our site AND services.

Our website is maintained for your personal use and viewing. Access and use by you of our site constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. They take effect from the date on which you first use this website. We may at any time revise these terms and conditions without notice, and therefore they should be regularly checked. The continued use of the site after a change has been made constitutes your acceptance of the change.

Acceptance of these terms and conditions of service also constitues acceptance of our site policies. By agreeing our terms and conditions, you are confirming you have read nad understood our policies and accept them. You agree to use this site and it's services only for lawful purposes, and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of this site and it's services by any third party, such as other others and subscribers Such prohibitations include using our hosting service to upload or download malicious files or software that may have an affect on downloaders computers and the web servers. Such restrictions or inhibitions includes, without limitation, conduct which is unlawful, or which may harass or cause distress or inconvenience to any person, and the transmission of obscene or offensive content or disruption to the normal flow of dialogue within this site.

Information is not shared with other organisations except when we are legally required to. You may request to view all data or information stored about you, and to have this data modified or permanently deleted.

No offensive, illegal, malicious or stolen content is permitted to be hosted on our servers. Breach of this rule may cause instant suspension or termination of your account. The content of all hosting packages must comply with UK law and the law of any other relevant country. The use of this service in a way that causes, deliberately or otherwise, damage or corruption to data or hardware, except that owned by the or owner of the hosting package (not the Exohost package) is not permitted.

Exohost reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account at their discretion, though this will usually be due to an account that may be breaching these terms and conditions. Refunds are not offered for suspended or terminated accounts.

No offensive or malicious material may be downloaded or uploaded through our services or website. The use of websites and hosting packages, including their content, must stick to all laws set forth by the UK and other relevant countries.  The use of these our hosting service (including, but not restricted to instaling malicious or otherwise unwanted software onto another users computer) in a way that causes, deliberately or otherwise, damage or corruption to data or hardware, except that owned by the operator is not permitted and strictly prohibited.

We do not guarantee 100% availability of our hosting service and site. We will always aim to keep downtime to a minimum, but sometimes it is unavoidable. We guarantee 99.9% uptime. If, in the unlikely event, this service is available for whatever reason for less than 99.9% of the time in any 30 day period a 30 day extension of the subscription will be given on request to payed subscription users.

You agree when accepting these terms that you may not sue Exohost or take the company or owners to court over the following issues:

• Any issue with us breaking our own licence agreement or privacy policy.  
  
• Us taking action that we consider to be for the "Greater Good" of society.  This includes us suspending accounts at our descretion, with or without reason, or passing on the information stored within accounts and hosting packages to third parties; e.g;
  - Parents of children and teenagers.
  - The Law, Courts or Judges.

Any user found to have broken these conditions may have their account terminated without refund or notice and be banned permanently. Note; we reserve the right to suspend, terminate or take any other action that we see fit on an account on any of our services, with or without reason that we make available to you.

Where this agreement is in conflict with any applicable law, the law will be enforced.
